Founder Emily Soloby has been on a mission to help women from the beginning of her career. For the past ten years, Emily has co-owned a transportation safety training firm, which she helped grow into a national consulting company. When she couldn’t find stylish safety boots to get her from office to job site, she created Juno Jones, bringing beautiful steel toe footwear to the growing number of women in STEM, construction, and other hazardous fields. A lifelong boot lover, Emily has trained in shoe making in Cuernavaca, Mexico and at the Brooklyn Shoe Space in New York.
